What was the highlight of Springlands Hotel
Fabulous staff & nice accommodations.
The staff was top notch. The showers were hot, and the rooms were clean. Nice view of Kili from the second floor as well. This is my second time staying at Springlands Hotel. I will definitely return there whenever I’m in the Kilimanjaro area.
I have no complaints.

I would appreciate partial refund from Booking.com as the property did not reflect the advert.
Good location and food
The website did not reflect what was actually available. I paid US$257.40 for a dormitory style bedroom, and none of the advertised facilities were available. There are no superior double rooms and kitchenettes at this hotel. There are also no flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, microwaves, coffee machines, bidets, free toiletries, hair dryers, desks or seated areas. I asked for a partial refund, but as it was through Booking.com; they would not authorise. I see that the website still advertises that these facilitates are available - when they said they would amend this.
